7-Day Easy Exchange

You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
  • All original accessories, packaging, and manuals must be included.
  • A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.
  • The exchange request must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.

How to Request an Exchange

  4. Once approved, we'll arrange the exchange process as quickly as possible.

Items Not Eligible for Exchange

The following items cannot be exchanged:

  • Products that have been damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper care.
  • Products returned without their original packaging or accessories.
  • Exchange requests submitted after 7 days of delivery.
  • Products showing signs of excessive use beyond normal inspection.

Refund Policy

Please note that Relaxzo does not offer refunds.

  • We do not provide refunds for change of mind or other non-quality-related reasons.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please provide:

  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging

After reviewing your request, our team will arrange a replacement if the claim is approved.
