Exchange Eligibility

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.
  • A valid proof of purchase or order number is required.
  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

How to Request an Exchange

  2. Share your order number and the reason for the exchange.
  3. Our support team will review your request and provide further instructions.
  4. Once approved, we will arrange the exchange process.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Used, worn, or washed products
  • Products without original tags or packaging
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Exchange requests made after 7 days of delivery

  • Refunds will not be provided for change of mind, or any other reason.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and provide a suitable replacement if approved.
